In Year 5 children learn about the Tudors. They visit Eastbury Manor House where they learn to do a Tudor dance and draw artefacts from that time.


Year 5 children get the opportunity to visit Trewern, Hay on Wye, the Borough's outdoor activity centre.


Manor Junior School has an active school orchestra and choir. They perform regularly including at the Christmas Fayre.


As well as school visits, we often invite visitorsand theatre groups in to the school to support the curriculum. Regular visitors have included the Romans, the Tudors and a Victorian!
