Manor Junior School Curriculum

These pages contain the curriculum maps for each year group.
This helps explain what children are learning at Manor Junior School so that parents may wish to put in some extra work at home with their children.

Each block is linked to a set of brief sentences which explains the learning for each subject area.

It is important to realise that we have to teach children from the position of what they know already. Consequently some teachers may have to adapt or modify their plans on the basis of what the children’s needs are. These notes cannot, therefore, be used to form judgements upon a teacher's performance or effectiveness.
